I announced my word count in IRC today and was asked. “Watchya writing about.” Before I could even answer my inner critic was personified. “If it’s like most of NaNo it’s crap.” Wow, how hateful This bitch doesn’t even know me or what I am writing.
Shame on me for letting it get to me, but my word count has not moved since then. Having my critic personified and talking to other people about me and my writing. That’s debilitating. That’s down right evil.

Good think I wrote 1500 words before that episode.

Your writing has flowed beautifully, and can continue so to do.
Just push through the tough stuff. Part of the process is writing even when you don't feel like it.
If you feel you "can't" -- imagine you're in the position I'm in, as a full-time writer. If I don't write, I can't pay bills, i don't eat, etc. You'll be surprised at how fast you get past "can't" when you have to. ;)
